I am voluntarily submitting non-confidential information pertaining to an idea, invention, or product which I would like to have you consider. I understand that Zoylu may be working on the ideas which I am submitting or may already know of such ideas from other sources. Therefore, I agree to the following terms:

1. Disclosure of ideas or inventions to Zoylu does not establish a confidential relationship between the submitter and Zoylu.

2. Submission of any idea or invention for examination and consideration by Zoylu is understood to impose no obligation, either expressed or implied, on Zoylu.

3. Zoylu will give each submission only such consideration as is warranted by its judgment; its study of the submission shall not be construed as any recognition of the novelty or originality of the submission.
Following the study of the submission, Zoylu will report to the submitter whether or not Zoylu has any interest in the submission.
